Stuart M. Jones Custom Homes, Inc. was established in 1982. Even during the mid 1980s when building activity was explosive in the Raleigh area, the company resolved to build only five to six new homes per year. We believe that our level of attention to detail cannot be achieved at a higher volume.  That is key to our company's philosophy.

Stuart Jones has always adhered to four basic principles:

• Build it right the first time.
• Have it finished when promised.
• Work closely with the homebuyer during the building process to fulfill their expectations.
• Follow-up with exemplary service after the sale.
    

A pioneer in automating the building process, Stuart M. Jones Custom Homes, Inc. uses cutting-edge technology to manage the building process of every custom home we build. During the past twenty years, Stuart has automated his company's business using BuildSoft, a builder specific software program. With BuildSoft, Stuart has implemented purchase orders, work orders, computerized scheduling, accounting and job costing, and quality control check lists for every phase.

Stuart created a master template of his company and sold it nationwide. It was later sold to the software company to implement as part of their total software program. Stuart worked closely with the software company since its inception, testing and offering suggestions to improve the product.

Stuart M. Jones Custom Homes, Inc. has continued to grow successfully since our beginnings in 1982. Today, we build up to five custom homes each year. We enjoy exceeding the expectations of our valued customers.
